Beautifully illustrated catalogue/booklet about local artist Frank Brown which sets out his career from growing up in Rose Lane, Ripley to going to the Royal Grammar School and on to the Slade School of Fine Art. It explores some of the themes of his art, such as music, sport and history, his final years spent on the Isle of Bute,  as well as his local works – paintings of his village and the people living in it.
