Photographs

The Society possesses a large library of photographs that have been carefully catalogued and referenced. At present these are stored as hard copies but in the future we hope to be able to share these in an electronic format through the website.

It is possible to buy copies of a range of photographs:

As a guide, prices are as follows:

6" x 4" black and white (or colour if it is a colour photo).
£2.50 each plus £0.80 postage.

10" x 8" black and white (or colour if it is a colour photo).
£3.50 each plus £1.25 postage.

Please note:

1. New postal charges for large items such as photos mean we may have to review postage prices dependent on time of enquiry and size and quantity required.

2. Any images on our website may be downloaded provided they are for personal research subject to Acknowledgement of Send and Ripley History Society website archives, as the source.

3. If any photographs are to be used in a commercial capacity then please contact us for written permission as some photos have royalties attached.

4. Requests for re-printable copies of photographs or illustrations that appear in the Journal or from our archives will be considered subject to copyright and payment of copying costs plus postage.
